Embracing Change

After years of contemplating, planning and dreaming, I am thrilled (and a little nervous!) to finally announce a major life decision: Im moving to the U.K. This is a bold step and a leap into the unknown, but it’s a choice rooted in my journey toward healing, growth and rediscovery. The decision to leave the U.S. behind was not an easy one, but I feel deeply that this changed will help me step into a new phase of life, one filled with new opportunities, relationships and experiences that will shape who I am becoming.
The question I keep getting is “Why the U.K.?” or sometimes “why now?” The simple answer is that something within me has been stirring for a long time, nudging me to shake up my environment and reframe my life. As a coach and mentor, I feel a fierce commitment to practicing what I preach and living a life that is authentic to YOU! In many ways, staying put felt like standing still. Are some real soul-searching, I realized that my growth needed a new backdrop-a change in scenery, culture and pace.
This move represents a shift away from everything I have known, to help me truly focus on self-discovery, healing and personal growth. I believe in the transformative power of change and this move is a commitment to that belief.
This move is about healing as much as it is about new experiences. The last few years have been filled with challenges, personal discoveries, and, like for many of us, a re-evaluation of what truly matters. The U.K. feels like the right place to create a space where I can continue this journey with intention and purpose.
Healing can be a complicated, winding road; it’s never linear and it often requires us to get uncomfortable and confront parts of ourselves we would rather avoid. Moving to a new country is, for me, a way of pressing the “reset”. Im excited to see how this new landscape influences my perspective and encourages me to grow in ways I cant predict.
If there’s one thing I’ve learned through all this, it’s that change isn’t a one time thing. It’s a constant, flowing state. This move is a part of a bigger journey-a journey toward peace, wholeness and self discovery. I hope to inspire other’s to follow their own paths of growth and healing, even if it means facing uncertainty.
So, here’s to new beginnings, and to the courage it takes to let go, leap and discover new sides of ourselves in the process. Thank you for your love, support and encouragement. As I embark on this adventure, I’m excited to share the journey with you and hopefully show that sometimes, the boldest moves bring us closer to who we are meant to be.

Sending love and light
